I'm proud to be a realtor for 20 plus years, a very rewarding career, full of new people and experiences.  Buying and/or selling a home is a very trying and stressful experience, disrupts home routines, stresses budgets, requires many hours away from family and work activities. As a realtor I understand the emotional toll on my clients, intercept whenever possible, plan ahead for contingencies, try and resolve any issues to make the process as smooth as possible. Attending to post closing details is critical also,  I try to assist with these details as well in an effort to keep job loss to a minimum for new buyers and/or sellers. Being a realtor is much more than a business. Clients are much more than my customers, most become life long friends. I have lived in the Downriver since a teenager and am proud to be a part of the community, I presently live, attend church and serve on the planning commission in Southgate.  I raised my five children here, 4 still live Downriver as well as several nieces, nephews and grandchildren.  My Mother has been a Southgate resident since 1962. After 20 years most of my clients are referrals and or repeat customers, always such a compliment to have clients return or recommend me.  Of course, new clients are are a treat as well.
